Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of theoverall business plan and strategic direction of the Agency, specifically in the areas of change management, learning and development, organisational and performance management, talent management and compensation.
Qualifications, experience, attributes and competences
· First degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a reputable University
· A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least five (5) years relevant post-qualification experience in human resource practice of which one (1) should have been at
managerial level.
· In-depth knowledge and application of Zimbabwean Labour Laws, Human Resource Systems and data bases is a must.
· Possession of strong negotiation, conflict resolution and counselling skills.
· Demonstrate high degree of integrity and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Formulation, review, implementation and monitoring of Human Resources Policies and Procedures to meet the human capital needs of the Agency.
· Development and implementation a human resources strategic plan, covering recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee performance management and appraisal system.
· Ensuring that the Agency meets its performance targets by strategically gauging staff morale, health and safety and addressing organisational issues to increase organisational effectiveness and improved health through planned interventions in the Agency’s processes.
· Co-ordination and monitoring of the Agency Strategic Planning Process and Annual Work plans.
· Provision of leadership and consulting support to directorate and management on matters of reinforcing culture, setting goals, developing policy, and implementing strategic objectives.
· Building and alignment of structures, employee and divisional roles and responsibilities to achieve the goals of the Agency.

Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for the provision of overall leadership and direction to the Information Technology Department to ensure the provision of effective and efficient Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services to the Agency.
Qualifications, experience, attributes and competences
· First Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
· A relevant Master`s Degree is a must.
· Accredited certifications in CEH, CISSP, ISO 27001 or CT Security.
· At least 1-year relevant experience at managerial level.
· Sound technical knowledge of IT operations, systems, hardware and infrastructure development.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with users.
· Strong leadership and project management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Formulation and implementation of Information and Communication Technology Strategy and operational governance processes to enable the fulfilment of the mandate of the Agency.
· Reviewing and restructuring of functions in the Information Technology Department to support the strategy and meet the requirements of various user divisions.
· Development, implementation and continuous review of the Agency ICT Policy in line with changes in business trends.
· Production of a comprehensive Risk Management Plan with appropriate mitigatory measures including a disaster recovery plan to ensure continued availability, accessibility, confidentiality and security of national data.

Job Purpose
Reporting to Deputy Director Finance and Administration, the job holder is charged with the responsibility of providing
routine functions of accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Receipt funds from the Government of Zimbabwe, Developmental Partners and other stakeholders
- Create payment batches on internet Banking Platform for authorization by the Agency’s approved signatories
- Collate and record all receipts, payments and events occurring at Head Office Pertaining to the Agency into SAP’s
appropriate cashbooks and ledger accounts - Collate documents from provinces and check data captured into SAP to ensure that transactions are not omitted
or duplicated and are recorded in the appropriate accounts - Prepare bank and ledger accounts reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Filling and safe custody of physical documents recorded in SAP.
- Maintain a voucher tracking register as well as availing vouchers for supervision and audit inspection when
required - Preparation of financial reports for assigned projects as per donor specification monthly expenditure reports
and audit expectations - Budget analysis to avoid overruns
Qualifications, experience, attributes and competences
- Honours Degree in Accountancy or relevant field.
- Have at least 3 years working experience as an Accountant.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Job Purpose
Reporting to Procurement Manager, the job holder will be charged with the responsibility of Procurement process.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Ensuring adherence and compliance with Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDPA) [Chapter 22:23] and the General Regulations (S.I 5 of 2018) and its Amendments
2. Prepares the Annual Procurement and Individual Plan in accordance with PPDPA Act [Chapter 22:23]
3. Prepares Procurement Returns for submission to PRAZ and other internal reports as assigned
4. Sourcing and making recommendations on the best supplier in order for the Agency to acquire goods, services and works at advantageous terms which include value for money, cost saving and best quality
5. Prepares bidding documents in compliance with the Provision of the PPDPA Act [Chapter 22:23]
6. Design specifications and the evaluation criteria in liason with the user departments
7. Manages the bidding process
8. Manages the evaluation of bids in line with the stipulated evaluation criteria
9. Administering supplier contracts.
10. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly Procurement Reports in line with PRAZ and other internal guidelines
Qualifications and work experience
1. Honours Degree in Purchasing and Supply/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2. Must be a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
3. At least 3 years post qualification experience in a public sector entity
